Service and agreement
These Terms govern the ReelNami App and related services provided by SEITO K.K. (青藤). Effective and last updated: 5 November 2026. Use is limited to adults aged 18 and over. App availability is announced separately. English and Japanese interface support does not guarantee that every title, audio track or subtitle is available in both languages.
Your account
Guest accounts may use paid features. Binding an email address helps with later access, but ownership must still be verified. Keep your credentials secure and information accurate. Device changes, uninstalling or clearing local data may make an unbound account difficult to recover. Accounts and purchases are not automatically merged with another account or with Hitokoma.
Content and viewing
Free episodes, coin-unlocked episodes, membership and optional rewarded ads are subject to the actual offer shown. Content availability depends on location, rights, publication status and eligibility. Mainland China is excluded from distribution and promotion. A purchase does not override copyright or safety restrictions. You receive personal, non-exclusive viewing access, not ownership of the video or permission to redistribute it.
Coins and episode access
Coins are service units, not money or a transferable payment instrument. Review the episode coin price before confirming an unlock; automatic unlocking is off by default. We do not add a short expiry or viewing-count limit to an independently coin-unlocked episode while we can continue supplying it lawfully. Ending membership does not itself remove such an independent unlock. No guaranteed global or perpetual content license is implied.
Membership and ads
Weekly, monthly and yearly memberships renew automatically unless stopped through the original store. During a valid membership, all authorized, published titles available in your location, including releases during that period, are covered without additional episode coins or unlock ads. Rewarded ads are optional and grant the selected episode only after server verification, under Rewarded-ad rules.
Payments, refunds and interruptions
Digital purchases use Google Play or Apple in-app purchases on the applicable platform. The store confirmation screen shows the actual currency, total price and billing conditions. Refund and renewal-cancellation requests go through the original store. Contact support about missing delivery or billing errors. We investigate confirmed store events without automatically clearing unrelated assets. Mandatory consumer rights and store rules take priority over inconsistent terms.
Prohibited conduct and intellectual property
Do not impersonate another person, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, abuse payment or reward mechanisms, transfer accounts unlawfully or copy, distribute or publicly transmit content without permission. Rights in the service and content remain with us or the relevant rights holders. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, a violation or a legal requirement; legitimate transaction records and support requests remain handled.
Account deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information through the procedure on Account & data deletion. We verify identity, explain irreversible effects and handle necessary retained records separately. A confirmed deletion is not a temporary logout and does not cancel an independently billed store subscription. Remaining coins or pending transactions receive support review before irreversible asset handling; deletion is not a request for an automatic cash refund.
Changes, responsibility and law
We take reasonable steps to maintain the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation across devices, networks and stores. Responsibility is limited only to the extent permitted by law; these Terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Japanese law applies, and courts with jurisdiction at our location in Japan hear disputes to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights in your place of residence remain unaffected. We give appropriate notice of material changes.
