What to include
Describe the requested action and information, and give your ReelNami user ID or linked email if known. You can ask to remove selected information without deleting the whole account. For complete account deletion, follow Account & data deletion. Do not send passwords, codes, full card details, full receipts or unsolicited identity documents.
Verification and response
We use proportionate verification to prevent unauthorized disclosure or deletion. We explain additional information needed, expected handling and any lawful reason a request cannot be fully fulfilled. An email match alone does not authorize taking another account’s purchases. We do not condition a privacy enquiry on marketing consent.
Separate services and retained records
A ReelNami request concerns ReelNami. Sharing a developer or support address with Hitokoma does not merge their accounts or data. Necessary legal, financial, fraud-prevention and dispute records can be retained with limited access as described in the Privacy Policy.
