An optional unlock
Where available, you can choose a rewarded ad to unlock the selected episode. Opening a locked episode does not itself start an ad, spend coins or make a purchase. An active membership already covers authorized, published titles in your location without an unlock-ad requirement.
A verified reward
Access is granted after the provider’s server reward notification has been verified. A client SDK completion signal, cancellation, ad loading failure or forged notification is not a grant. Delayed verification appears as pending and is checked without awarding twice.
Access period and daily limit
A successful grant provides 24 hours of access to the selected episode from the first successful grant. Each account can receive at most five successful grants per UTC day. A new ad session reserves quota on its start UTC date; a valid later notification crossing midnight uses that original reservation. Repeated notifications do not grant again or extend access.
Eligibility and consent
Rights, regional availability, age eligibility, provider availability and applicable consent requirements still apply. Declining optional tracking does not remove independently purchased viewing rights. A reward is episode access, not cash, coins or a transferable ticket. There is no lifetime limit on rewards for the same episode, but existing valid access is not awarded a second time.
A reward is still pending
Keep the account and App session available and contact support if the pending result does not resolve. Do not send advertising identifiers, tokens or full receipts by email. We investigate the server session and verified provider event; reinstalling does not prove completion or reset the account’s quota.
