Operator and scope
SEITO K.K. (青藤), the operator of ReelNami, handles information under this Policy when you use the ReelNami App, website and related support. Effective and last updated: 5 November 2026. Publication of this Policy does not mean the App or every described feature is publicly available. Purchases are not offered on this website.
Account and device information
We process a service user ID, random installation identifier, authentication and session information, and an email address when you choose to bind an account or contact us. We process platform, OS and App versions, language, time zone, IP address, connection times and information needed to assess service and age eligibility. A guest identity is still an account and is not anonymous. We do not use IMEI or MAC addresses as proof of ownership.
Viewing, purchases and rewards
Service information includes favorites, viewing history and progress, preferences, coin balance and ledger entries, episode access, membership periods, purchase and refund status, store order and product identifiers, and reward-ad session and verification records. We receive transaction information from Google Play or Apple; we do not collect your full payment card number. Support messages and response history are processed when you contact us.
Why we use information
We use necessary information to authenticate users, provide and synchronize viewing, verify payments and advertising rewards, administer entitlements, protect security, prevent fraud, investigate faults, respond to requests and meet legal obligations. Optional first-party usage analysis and marketing preferences are handled separately from essential service and financial records. Refusing optional analysis or marketing does not remove an existing purchase.
Service providers and advertising
Hosting and content delivery use Cloudflare infrastructure. Depending on the platform and features available, purchases use Google Play Billing or Apple in-app purchases; rewarded advertising and advertising consent use Google Mobile Ads and Google UMP. Advertising providers may process IP-derived approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, interactions and diagnostics under their own disclosed practices and applicable consent requirements. Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of applicable personal information by contacting us. We may ask for proportionate proof of ownership and explain any lawful restriction. Optional analysis, marketing, advertising consent, platform tracking permission and store subscription management are separate controls. Available choices depend on your location, platform and released version; we do not treat a marketing toggle as advertising or tracking consent.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as needed for its stated purpose and applicable obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Verified account deletion covers account information, authentication links, private viewing data, preferences and associated service assets as explained on Account & data deletion. Records necessary for law, accounting, transaction verification, fraud prevention or disputes are retained separately for the necessary period with restricted access, rather than used to reactivate the account or market to you. We explain applicable retained categories and the reason in handling a request.
Security, backups and international processing
We use measures such as encrypted connections, access controls, limited permissions, audit records and backups. Hosting, stores and service providers may process information outside your country, subject to applicable safeguards. Deletion instructions must also be applied to a restored backup; retained backups are not a way to restore normal access or marketing for a deleted account. No security method can eliminate all risk.
Adults only
ReelNami is for people aged 18 and over. We do not provide a children’s service. If you believe a person under 18 has supplied information, contact us so we can investigate and handle it appropriately. Age restrictions do not cancel legitimate payment records or remove access to support and privacy requests.
This website and email
This static website has no account registration, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, tracking script or embedded payment form. Cloudflare processes connection and request information to deliver and secure it. Choosing an email link opens your email application; only sending the email shares your address and message through the relevant mail providers. The website does not automatically submit a deletion request.
Changes and contact
We may update this Policy for changes to the service or applicable requirements and will give appropriate notice of material changes. For ReelNami privacy requests, contact contact@hitokoma.com with ReelNami in the subject. Your mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
