Before you request deletion
Deletion is irreversible after completion. Account access, private viewing history, favorites and unused in-service assets cannot be recovered through normal account access. Tell us if coins, a pending purchase or a billing dispute remain so support can review them with you before irreversible handling. We do not treat merely requesting deletion as permission to silently clear your balance.
Check your store subscription
Account deletion, signing out and uninstalling do not stop Google Play or App Store billing. Use the original store to stop renewal if you do not want further charges. You may still request immediate account deletion with a subscription active; we do not require waiting until its term expires. Deletion does not itself issue a refund.
Request by email, without reinstalling
Send an email to contact@hitokoma.com with the subject “ReelNami account deletion request”. Include your ReelNami user ID if known, the email linked to your account if any, your request to delete the account and associated data, and whether you cannot access the App. A guest without a linked email can also contact us. Do not include passwords, codes, tokens, full receipts or complete card details. Sending from a registered address helps verification but does not by itself authorize deletion.
Requests from the App
The account/data section in App settings is the intended in-App request route. The App is not yet publicly released, and its automated deletion flow is not available on this website. If you use a test build whose deletion screen shows a review or pending state, that is not confirmation of completed deletion. You can use the email route on this page; you do not need to download, reinstall or log into the App to contact us.
Verification, confirmation and progress
We verify ownership using appropriate registered or in-App information, proportionate to the request. An installation ID, nickname or screenshot alone is insufficient. We explain account and asset consequences and obtain your confirmation before irreversible handling. We then tell you the expected handling time and any necessary retention or identity issue, provide progress on request, and confirm completion only after the required steps are finished. Applicable legal response periods still apply.
Information covered
We delete or anonymize account/profile information held by ReelNami, authentication links, private viewing history and favorites, preferences, associated purchase/use state and unused service assets, and support information that no longer needs to be retained. Credentials are revoked, new account activity and marketing are stopped, and any connected processors are included where applicable. A mere account suspension is not completed deletion.
Necessary retained records
Records necessary for law, accounting, transaction verification, fraud prevention or disputes are kept separately, with limited access, only for the necessary period. This can include minimal order and ledger references, refund/dispute evidence and a deletion record needed to avoid restoring a deleted account. They are not used for normal viewing, marketing or automatic account reactivation. We explain the applicable categories, purpose and retention in handling your request; we do not promise to erase all transaction evidence immediately.
Providers, backups and later notices
Relevant processor actions and backup deletion instructions form part of handling the request. A restored backup must not reactivate a deleted account. Later legitimate payment or refund notices still receive controlled transaction handling without recreating the account or automatically moving its assets. A new registration is a new identity and does not automatically restore deleted history or purchases.

You may also ask about deletion or correction of particular personal information without requesting full account deletion. We explain what can be done and any necessary limitations. ReelNami and Hitokoma are separate services; this request does not delete a Hitokoma account.
