Weekly, monthly and yearly plans
An auto-renewing plan continues at the price and period shown by the original store unless renewal is stopped under that store’s rules. Review the total local price, billing period, next renewal and any introductory conditions on the purchase screen. A calendar month or year is not a fixed 30 or 365 days.
Google Play
Open Google Play, select your profile, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ReelNami. Choose the appropriate subscription and follow the store instructions to stop renewal. Check the Google account used to buy if it is not shown. The store confirms the effective date and any refund options.
App Store
On your Apple device, open Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions → ReelNami, then follow the store instructions. Check the Apple Account used for the purchase if needed. Renewal and cancellation timing follow the store’s displayed conditions.
Deleting is different from cancelling
Uninstalling, signing out or deleting a ReelNami account does not cancel a store subscription. You can request immediate account deletion without waiting for a subscription to expire; manage future billing separately in the original store. Starting a second subscription on another platform does not cancel the first.
Current access and changes
Stopping renewal normally leaves confirmed access until the current entitlement period ends; refunds, revocations, billing recovery or store changes can alter that period. Any price change follows applicable store notice and consent requirements. Contact support about discrepancies without sharing passwords or full receipts.
