ReelNami is operated by SEITO K.K. (青藤). Email contact@hitokoma.com and include ReelNami in the subject so we can distinguish this service from Hitokoma. English and Japanese enquiries are welcome. The App is being prepared for release; confirmed download links will appear on this website.
Account access and purchases
Tell us your ReelNami user ID if available, the affected platform, App version and a brief description. A guest account can hold purchases. If you lose its credentials, we must verify ownership before discussing account data or purchases; an installation number or screenshot alone does not establish ownership. We do not silently merge accounts or move assets between services.
A purchase has not appeared
Check whether the original store shows a completed or pending purchase. Do not repeatedly buy the same item while it is being checked. Contact us with a limited order reference if requested. Store confirmation and delivery of in-service benefits can be delayed; we investigate against the official transaction.
Refunds and subscription renewal
Request a refund or stop renewal in Google Play or the App Store where you purchased. The App and this website do not directly issue cash refunds or cancel a store subscription. Uninstalling, signing out or deleting a ReelNami account does not stop store billing. This does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
Privacy and deletion requests
Use the Account & data deletion page for the deletion procedure, including when you cannot access the App. Other access, correction or privacy enquiries can be sent to the same contact address. We verify the requester and explain the outcome or any necessary limits.
Keep sensitive information private
Never send passwords, one-time codes, session tokens, complete payment receipts, full card numbers or unsolicited identity documents. We do not need your Google or Apple password. This website has no account login, payment form or file-upload form.
